Shipping & Handling Policy
All orders are shipped free of charge within the Continental United States.
ORDER PROCESSING, DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CHARGES
Your order will be shipped with the most efficient method available, based on size, location of item and destination.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders will be processed the next day if your order is received by 1:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday.
Please be advised that we cannot ship any merchandise to PO Box addresses.
If you require rush shipping, Overnight, 2-day, or 3-day, please contact Customer Service. Charges for our express shipping methods are based on the total weight, dimensions of your order, and speed of service.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.
OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, additional shipping fees will apply. We will confirm any such fees 24-48 hours after your order is placed, and will not process your order until you accept the final terms. If the shipping charges are not to your satisfaction, we will refund your order in full immediately.
SHIPMENTS TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES
Freight quotes will be done on a per order basis. Please contact Customer Service for a quote. All freight and duty charges on International orders are the responsibility of the customer. We can ship to your freight forwarder at no charge.
We will contact you with the estimated shipping date within 3-5 business days. We will communicate your order tracking information as soon as it becomes available via email. If there is a change in your order status that we provided we will contact you immediately.
Please note that Estimated Shipping & Arrival Dates are subject to change according to the carrier's availability. If your purchase or project is time sensitive, it is strongly suggested that you contact us to inquire about expedited shipping services. We are not responsible for any costs associated with shipment delays. We strongly suggest that any professional services required to install your product(s) not be scheduled until your order has arrived and been inspected.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you have any shipping damage it is imperative to report this immediately. We will send call tags for damaged product to be picked up the next business day and send a replacement item immediately. There may be a charge for the replacement item if we do not receive the original damaged item back.
LARGE AND OVERSIZED ITEMS
Items shipped via truck freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only. Most carriers will contact you to set up a delivery time, usually a 2-4 hour appointment window during business hours. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate contact phone number for the delivery address. At the time of delivery, the driver will require that you inspect the condition of the shipment and sign the delivery receipt. Be sure to note on the receipt any visible damage to the packaging of your item(s). Noting the condition of the delivery is the responsibility of the customer - not the driver. If the carrier is unable to contact the customer, the customer will then be responsible for any storage fees or freight charges back to the shipper.
A customer may choose to make a purchase placed online available for pickup at our store. If you wish to pick up your purchase, we will contact you via phone or email when your product is ready for you to pickup.
